Perhaps one of the things that is most difficult when preparing a presentation is the contents. Not because we don’t know what we have to present, or what we have to say, but because of how it is set up and how it is presented. To think about what you want to convey and what the audience should take away with them is crucial, and whether it is three minutes, or an hour, there must be a clear, well thought and defined outline.
If You Promise, Deliver
A simple rule, If you promise, deliver. It is very common when we are speaking and get relaxed throughout a presentation, that we get excited and promise things, which in the end never come. Taking care of the small details is essential. Your audience is the most important thing and it should always be kept in mind that each person counts.
